This Cookie Policy defines the rules of storing and accessing information on the User’s devices with the use of cookies by KZN Rail Sp. z o.o. in order to electronically provide services requested by the User.

1. Administrator – shall mean KZN Rail Sp. z o.o with its registered office in Kraków, post code 30-740, ul. Półłanki 25, Tax Identification Number [NIP]: 6793092654, National Official Business Register Number [REGON]: 12285733500000, which provides electronic services and stores and accesses information on the User’s devices.
2. Cookies – are files or pieces of information that can be stored on your computer (or other unlocked device, such as a tablet or smartphone), when you visit the Site. The so-called “cookie” usually contains the name of the website from which it originated, the “lifespan” of the cookie (that is, how long it exists), and a value, which is usually a randomly generated unique number.
3. Administrator’s Cookies – shall mean cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Service.
4. External Cookies – shall mean cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners through the website of the Service.
5. Service – shall mean the website under which the Administrator operates the Internet service in the kznrail.pl domain.
