The whistleblowing and whistleblower protection rules at the KZN Bieżanów Group define the scope of reporting and introduce uniform rules.
Whistleblower personal data processing information
Legal information:
A person who has suffered damage due to a whistleblower knowingly reporting or publicly disclosing false information shall be entitled to compensation or damages for a violation of their personal rights from the whistleblower who made such a report or public disclosure (Article 15 of the Whistleblower Protection Act).
Anyone who makes a report or public disclosure knowing that a violation of the law has not occurred shall be punishable by a fine, partial restriction of liberty or deprivation of liberty for up to 2 years (Article 57 of the Whistleblower Protection Act).
Attachments to the report shall originate from legitimate sources and shall be obtained legally, under penalty of civil or criminal liability.
