KZN Rail sp. z o.o. performs external construction, installation, repair and transportation services in the rail infrastructure (both rail- and tramway) and road sector. In order to continuously improve the quality of our services, an Integrated Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Management System has been implemented, based on the requirements of standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 into which this Integrated Management System Policy is incorporated.
Our main objectives:
- development and strengthening of the Company’s position as an industry leader;
- ensuring comprehensive and timely processing of our customers’ orders;
- continuous development and improvement of the adopted work organization system, as well as the quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management system, aimed at continuous improvement of efficiency and quality of services;
- continuous improvement and enhancement of working conditions to prevent work accidents, occupational diseases and near misses;
- caring for and protecting the environment;
- building lasting and stable relationships with Customers and Suppliers;
- comprehensive guarantee protection under the applicable regulations;
- taking care of the company’s good image and promoting it.
We purse the above-mentioned goals through the following initiatives:
- systematic improvement of qualifications and creating conditions for the company’s employees to accumulate experience;
- ongoing analysis of the needs and expectations of customers and other stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality of the information received;
- engaging employees and their representatives in the development of the Integrated Management System, by encouraging them to report improvements, monitor near misses and actively prevent such situations, as well as to consult and participate in the preparation and implementation of the IMS objectives and IMS Policy;
- monitoring the efficiency of the Company’s operations in order to continuously enhance the quality of work, improve the organizational structure and eliminate errors;
- implementation of the IMS policy based on cooperation and making employees at all levels aware of their responsibility for the full performance of tasks planned by the company, as well as compliance with applicable standards and legal requirements;
- meeting the requirements set out in applicable laws and regulations, as well as other requirements related to the Company’s everyday operations, including health and safety and environmental protection;
- systematically eliminating hazards and reducing health, safety and environmental risks in the course of business operations.
