Alteration of the tram infrastructure along Bytomska Street in Zabrze

Alteration of the tram infrastructure along Bytomska Street in Zabrze from Zamkowa Street to Szyb Franciszek Street, together with the Biskupice terminus and turnouts.

The task includes the modernization of one kilometer of double-track line separated from the roadway and the Biskupice terminus – a total of 2,300 meters of single track. The track infrastructure and catenary with the control and switch heating system will be altered, and the existing power installations will be secured. In order to minimize interruptions in tram transportation, we used a technological turnout near the intersection of Bytomska Street and Zamkowa Street for the duration of the works.
