In accordance with the contract signed with Lubelski Węgiel “BOGDANKA” S.A., from 20 July 2021 to 2 August 2021 KZN Rail performed works related to the replacement of two turnouts at the Bogdanka mine railway siding.
The works included:

demolition of the existing permanent way,
-
earthworks;
-
construction of a subballast of 0–31.5 mm aggregate
-
construction of a ballast sublayer,
-
installation of Rz 49E1-190-1:9 turnouts,
-
mechanical tamping with profiling.
The total value of the works amounted to PLN 490, 770 .00 gross.
